DISTRIBUTION
Osman holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a major in TeleCommunications from the National Autonomous University of Honduras. He has obtained a special qualification in Radiologic Threat Detection from the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) USA.
He has more than 16 years’ experience in the energy efficiency sector that includes design, construction, and operation of hydroelectric projects. Osman also has extensive experience in bunker and diesel fuel generated power plants including a great array of stationary and non-stationary heavy-duty engines and equipment. His responsibilities include the overseeing of all field operations, practical tests, protocols, safety and related aspects for OCTCET Inc. in Honduras and Central America.
